Accused eye-gouger won'T Even Confront Death Punishment

ROYAL PALM BEACH, Fla. – State prosecutors are not going to find the death penalty for a woman accused of committing her mum’s eyes and murdering her into Royal Palm Beach, according to a recently registered court doc.  

Investigators say Camille Balla stabbed and removed her mother’s eyes, putting them on the box beside her body.

“I’m rsquo, I & a murderer;m a murderer! ” Balla said to flame rescue officials, an arrest report says.

Balla is charged with first degree murder because of the passing of her mum, Francisca Monteiro-Balla.

“Balla has a history of mental disease,” Walsh wrote in court records.

Detectives reported finding in the garage handwritten notes together with religious-themed messages concerning clearing the spirit. Balla informed Palm Beach County Fire Rescue she smoked marijuana she imagined may possibly be laced with flakka or even PCP.

Balla will be held in the medical health unit of the Palm Beach County Jail without bond. A future court date has not been set nonetheless.
