LONDON (Reuters) – The timeless California sounds of this Beach Boys have been extended a new spin thanks to Britain’s Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
The record will be the initial alliance involving the influential band, which saw international fame in the 1960s with tunes that seized California’s fun-loving beach culture, and also the complete orchestra.
The record, recorded at London’s Abbey Road Studios together with the blessing of those four remaining members of the Beach Boys, has been released on June 8.
Seaside Boys singer Bruce Johnston explained the record was”like a gift from paradise .”
“The most attractive thing is that they (manufacturers Don Reedman and also Nick Patrick) did all the task. We had already completed ours decades ago because they are all of the original outspoken performances,”” Johnston told Reuters tv in a meeting on Wednesday.
