Driver held on $150,000 bond from fatal buggy crash

An Ohio driver accused of hitting Amish buggy at a crash that killed a lady and critically damage a person and two small children was convicted on charges including aggravated vehicular homicide.

Steven Hunter, of Sidney is charged with failing to stop after the Friday nighttime crash at Shelby County.

A judge on Monday place Hunter’s bond . Hunter’s public protector has not returned a message seeking comment.

Police state as it was struck from behind, the buggy was lit and four people from nearby Maplewood were also sentenced.

The sheriff’s office claims Sarah Schwartz died at the spectacle. A 18-month-old boy even a man and a 4-month-old lady ended up in serious illness.

The sheriff’s office does not have any upgrade on his or her conditions.
