Driver held on bond from buggy crash that was Mortal

An Ohio driver accused of having an undercover buggy in a crash which killed a girl and seriously hurt a guy and two young kids has been convicted on charges involving aggravated vehicular murder.

Steven Hunter, of Sidney, has been charged with failing to cease following the Friday night crash in Shelby County.

A judge on Monday place Hunter’s bond . Hunter protector has not returned a message seeking comment.

Authorities state that as it was hit from behind the buggy was lit and four people out of Maplewood were ejected.

The sheriff’s office claims 23-year-old Sarah Schwartz died in the spectacle. An 18-month-old boy, even a 26-year-old man and a 4-month-old lady had been in critical state.

The sheriff’s office has no upgrade in their conditions.
